Pre-loading QC & photos
Every item is checked against your approved specs before loading, and you receive photos of the goods and the loading.
Packed by area, loaded in order
Cartons are labelled by zone (Bar, Dining, Kitchen) and loaded so what you install first comes out first. One invoice and one packing list for the whole container.
One warehouse, one contact
Factories deliver to our consolidation warehouse; nothing ships until every item has arrived and passed QC. One person updates you every week.

Do you design my shop or home?
No. We supply to the drawings and specifications prepared by you, your designer or contractor. Send them over and we will quote every item.
Can you make items to custom sizes or colours?
Yes. Most product lines can be made to your dimensions, colours and finishes. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the details in your quote.
I don't have a freight forwarder. Can you ship for me?
Yes. We arrange export and shipping through our long-term forwarding partners. If you have your own forwarder, we deliver to them.
What if something is missing or damaged?
We re-supply it. Terms are set out in your quotation.
